Our rental price includes V.A.T, unlimited mileage, bicycle rack and awning as well as DVD "First Steps". The service fee includes the following: filled gas cylinders, biodegradable toilet chemicals, cleaning of the vehicle exterior and a detailed introduction to the correct handling of your vehicle.
The rental charge includes the comprehensive coverage with a retention of 1,500.00 €, the part comprehensive cover with a retention of 500.00 € per claim and the automobile third party insurance are included in the rental charge. The retentions cannot be excluded. A security deposit of 1,500.00 € must be made at the latest prior to the vehicle hand-over.
By ordering the Safety Plus Package in combination with a rental contract you have the possibility to halve the security deposit as well as the voluntary excess per case for the fully comprehensive insurance as well as the fire and theft insurance cover.
Payments:
The down payment of 250.00€ is due at the Nov 22, 2009.
The (unpaid) balance of 1,485.00€ is due at the May 24, 2010.
The deposit of 1,500.00€ is due at the Jun 14, 2010.

We want to emphasize the following extracts out of the General rental conditions:
The vehicles are cleaned inside before they are handed over and must be returned in the same clean condition.
If full or partial cleaning of the interior and/or emptying of the cassette toilet is necessary, this will be charged at 149.00 €/180.00 €. The entrainment of animals as well as smoking inside the vehicle is allowed only with the permission of the rental company.
According to the General rental conditions the rental agreement refers to the selected vehilce group, but not to a specific vehicle type or specific layout. If for some reason the reserved vehicle cannot be made available, the HYMER-rental agent reserves the right to provide another vehicle comparable in size and fittings.
Possible type of motorhome:
Motorhome 09 EXSIS-i 572 with Ford Transit Chassis, CommonRail-Diesel, 3500 kg max. permitted laden mass. The vehicle has 4 berths and 4 approved seats for travelling. Vehicle length: 673cm, height: 272cm, width: 214cm.
